Over Her Shoulder | Short Film
Carrie navigates an unexpected visit from her volatile partner: troubling her housemates and challenging the extent to which she can ignore her intuition.

Written and produced by Alexandra Shaw, Directed by Izzy Thompson, shot under the direction of award-winning DOP Jack Edwards, and edited by Leif-Camron Saunders, the film is currently in the festival circuit. It has received awards and selections, such as Official Selection The Mansfield Town Film Festival, Official Selection The Northampton Film Festival, Official Selection The Poppy Jasper International Film Festival, Best Short Film Paradise Film Festival, and broadcast on local TV channels as part of The Latest Visions Festival. It stars Anastasia Martin (Amadeus, Cold War, In From The Cold), Alasdair Linn (Tending, LAMDA MFA) Florence Guy (Stranger Things The First Shadow, Tom Jones), and Isabella Stavrou (Jane Eyre, RAM MA).

Filmed over 3 shooting days with a team of 20+ Cast & Crew, Over Her Shoulder premiered as a sell-out at The Castle Cinema in May 2023.

Never Lies | Stage
A street in Bayswater, London, 2022. A Ukrainian restaurant. A woman who migrated in her twenties and found family. A Russian shop. A woman who struggles with family and doesn’t want the rest of her twenties in hospitality. To what extent does the political have to touch the personal?

Written and produced by Alexandra Shaw, the play is directed by Konstantin Kamenski, and it stars Anastasia Aush, Irina Seleznyova, Alasdair Linn, Aaron Vodooz.

Following rehearsed play readings at The Old Red Lion Theatre, The Cockpit Theatre, and The Etcetera Theatre the play was performed across two sell-out nights at The Drayton Arms Theatre.

A British Eastern European Theatre Director, Konstantin combines multimedia with theatre, having also worked for over 12 years in broadcast and video production. His work includes Brodsky Station and Prison Psychologist (Edinburgh Fringe), the adaptation A Dog's Heart (Pleasance Theatre Islington, Canada Water Theatre), Mystery-Bouffe (Waterstones Piccadilly London), and Diaries of Madmen (The Cockpit Theatre). His recent screen work includes ITV's documentary Ukraine's Stolen Children as an Editor. Konstantin is the Artistic Director of 274 Theatre Productions, a GITIS graduate, a Masters graduate in Advanced Theatre Practice from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and he lectures in Russian Theatre at Goldsmith University London.​

Callback | Stage
Distorted priorities, clashing relationships, and substance misuse. 'Callback' explores the effects of the arts industry on individuals and their relationships. Follow as Milo realises how he and others have suffered from his self-involvement and be prepared to think about your own relationship to your work.

The first scene was performed at The Cockpit Theatre in April 2024, the trailer for which is here and a private viewing link of the performance can be provided. Prior, two scenes were performed during the sold-out performance night 'Disillusioned?' at The Pen Theatre in July 2023 alongside performances from As If Productions and Birthday Fish Theatre.

As she endures more turbulence from her partner, a young woman realises the need to liberate herself.

A short film initiative to draw attention to the nuances of emotional abuse in relationships by channelling the powers of cinema in collaboration with Onnos Media: supported by the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames Local Area Fund. It premiered at The Exchange, TW1 1BE, in October 2021 and was shown at local schools as part of PSHE.
